One year with Verve and it was the best thing I’ve done for myself. I’m more committed than I have ever been and most days I look forward to going. They lead their classes with intention, will help you with proper form while also building a workout plan that pushes you outside of your comfort zone. The community of people are the best testament of what that gym is about. Everyone cares and wants to cheer you on to being a better YOU.

If youre looking for a place that's encouraging and genuinely cares about your goals this is the place to be! The community and coaches are amazing. They help you push yourself to meet and surpass your own fitness goals. Friendships are made along the way to help keep you accountable to yourself. The classes are fun and intense at times but it got me out of my comfort zone and pushed me to lifting heavy and improved my endurance. Join us and see what 45 minutes can do for you!!!
I just completed my 600 workout at Verve!! I have been a member since 2020. I love this gym! The coaches challenge and encourage me to keep reaching my fitness goals. Verve Fitness is, hands down, the BEST choice I’ve ever made for my overall health and physical strength! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and very encouraging! My wife and I love Verve!!! Chris is the best motivator anyone could ask for. He knows when to push you and when he needs to let you figure it out. I haven’t been the most consistent attendee but he never gives up on me and that is enough for me to want to continue to be a part of such a great place!!! Thanks Chris and all the other coaches!!!
