My wife and I love Verve!!! Chris is the best motivator anyone could ask for. He knows when to push you and when he needs to let you figure it out. I haven’t been the most consistent attendee but he never gives up on me and that is enough for me to want to continue to be a part of such a great place!!! Thanks Chris and all the other coaches!!!

Verve is the absolute best gym in Owasso. I was trying out other gyms and I almost joined at another group gym & I decided I wanted to try verve out before I made a decision and I’m SO glad I did. Everyone is super friendly & motivating. Especially all the coaches. Verve is amazing! Coach Chris and the other trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to offer guidance or modify workouts to suit your needs. The work outs vary day by day which makes it more appealing. At Verve, they motivate you to show up and work hard while feeling supported. Highly recommend!

Joining Verve was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The people there are great and supportive. Chris, the owner, does a great job of working with new or experienced gym goers and the rest of the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking to better themselves or just looking for a place with great people.
