All I can say is Wow! We had been searching for a home for over 2 years and through it all, Matt has been unbelievably patient, responsive and diligent. He took the time to understand exactly what it was that we were looking for (easier said than done, esp when we didn't exactly know ourselves). Edit - Matt Capron was quite helpful during a tough transaction between ownership of the property. Some things could have been done differently and I believe Matt has taken them into account. He was very helpful during his period of property manager. I had no issues with him personally, the issues I had where found within the new ownership placing Matt my wife and I into the crossfire.

Matt Capron was our property manager for our condo in Little Italy for six years. He was always responsive to the needs of our tenants and to us as owners. He consistently found responsible tenants who paid rent on time and were respectful of our property. He turned the rent payment around quickly with direct deposits in our bank account.
