As a family, we have purchased 9 bikes from Vertical Earth including 2 Ironman bikes and Zipp wheels for our Ironman son. Not only did we get great local service with all of our purchases and mechanical work, when my son had a front fork and steering tube break in Tahoe last September while practicing for that Ironman event, Mike, the owner of Vertical Earth, made arrangements for the needed parts to be overnighted just in time for him to compete. Outstanding bike shop. Far exceeded my expectations. Came in town for the CDA 70.3 and these guys were awesome. (Even gave me a courtesy refresher on changing a tire.) Highly recommend. Thank you.

Vertical earth is definitely the BEST shop in the area for service, repair, or buying a new bike. I've purchased 2 very nice bikes from this shop and all their crew always does an awesome job.

I went in to inquiry about a bike box to ship a bike. The gentleman that I asked was very helpful in finding me a box and all the padding I might need to ship the bike. Even though this did not result in a sale for the store, they went out of their way to help me out. Highly recommended and I will return in the future to do business here.
