I want to give a 5-star shout-out to the guys at Vertical Earth who are consistently so helpful and kind. I went in earlier this week to buy a new tube, and asked about the funny noise my chain was making ever since I cleaned and re-greased it. The guy who helped me not only fixed the chain noise, but adjusted several other things on the bike that I had inadvertently screwed up over the past several months, and really he probably saved me from a future wreck. I was passing through Coeur d'Alene , and figured I would get my flat tire repaired. At first, I was going to buy tire levers to do it myself, but after hearing the reasonable price it made sense to just have them do it. Also, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would definitely give them my business again. Anybody looking for a new bike shop should definitely check out Vertical Earth.
Thank you to the Vertical Earth Mechanic on the CDA Fondo course today that helped straighten out my derailleur that got bent earlier in the day and re-tune my bike to get my gears back. Greatly appreciated thanks for being at the aid station to help.
I came in to the shop today with two different broken tires and three crazy children. In no time at all the tires were fixed and my children didn't burn the place down. A BIG THANKS TO TK( sorry if I got the wrong name) and the crew!
