Lovely intro class to orient you to the space and style of classes. It was a small class and the samples of fitness, tricks, and choreo was enough to break a sweat while keeping you wanting more. 💖

I got the opportunity to participate in a free one-hour pole fitness class and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was friendly and welcoming along with the instructors. I was encouraged and challenged in the best way possible. I had so much fun.
