Love this studio! The free V101 is a free hour long “sample” class where you get a taste of the three types of classes they offer— fitness, tricks, and flow. Michelle did an amazing job of fitting in so much into that one hour while making everyone feel GOOD no matter their skill level. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful and supportive community during your pole journey :)
Vertica clases make you feel unique, free, beautiful and sexy at the same time you are enjoying how your body exercises.
So me and my friend ended up taking the v101 class which is an introductory class and it gave a sample of the three classes they do offer which is flight, flirt, and fit. It was a free sample class. It’s not in a ghetto area there’s a medical building and Pilates in same parking lot I felt super safe going and left around 9pm and still felt safe!!
