I’ve been coming to Vertex for years now and have enjoyed every service. However there has been a rapid decline in service quality. The technicians rush and when I leave, I’m not satisfied with how my nails look. Also the sanitation of the establishment has also deteriorated over time and that is really discouraging to see. I’m truly sad that I am saying goodbye to this salon.
I had a mani and pedi with Kim! She did an awesome job! I will be back!
