Unfortunately, this company uses misleading advertising. They sent us a letter that implied we had an account with them and, when it turned out we didn't, they said they got our information from a list of noncompliant properties released by the city. I called the city and they said they did not release such a list and anyway would notify us if we were noncompliant. The city said it's a real pain because Vert indiscriminately sends these pseudo-official letters and recipients keep calling.
