Linda, the front desk staff member is extremely rude. We’ve been patients of the practice for over 10 years, but she’s been there the customer service we’ve had in the past is nonexistent. I was told not to call or come to the office when I sought answers for a prescription not given for an entire month. You can’t speak directly with Dr V. because she’s blocking access to him and very unprofessional. I hope she not the cause of his early retirement.
