0 stars. Arrived 0730 its now 1200 and I have not had one pallet removed from trailer and it will probably be another 4 hours until I am able to leave this place. Will never return to this place, sitting in a door for this long waiting to be unloaded is literally insane, there is absolutely no excuse or apology that could make me feel any differently. Excellent staff and great customer service. Every now and then I may have a little wait but that doesn’t happen often. Usual my loads are like clockwork. Ms. Donna is always polite and helpful. Great Company to do business with.
