When I contacted for negotiate about price, Cerg as a manager said if you have to come for visit, and we give you discount when we talk face to face. after long time drive , when we arrived to their venue, he said our price is fix and you are in my shop and you have to follow my rules, price is as it is on screen, without any discount unfortunately he was very rude and car condition was very different with their advertised on gumtree.
We went to address & it is not a car yard. Very shonky. BE VERY CAREFUL
I recently bought a pristine 2007 series 2 Elgrand from Alex and Sergei and they looked after me like doting parents. Alex dealt with me more than Sergei and both were wonderful. No pressure, no fuss, no awful hard sell..... just nothing of the sort. They sure knew their cars, which to me is essential, and showed me all the differences in options and so on.
