The barber that was on duty has terrible communication skills. There is a possibility that my text messages were not being sent, however we had agreed on an appointment at 7 pm. When I showed he claimed he never received a text message from me. I am pretty understanding, so I waited while he cut two young boys hair, they were there when I arrived.
