Slowly loading process in 5 hours in and out
Very disappointing experience. The man in the shipping office was not professional. He told me they work FCFS, but then said I had to wait several hours while they loaded two other trucks first, even though those trucks were already almost loaded. When I explained that I still had a long drive ahead of me, he just shrugged, smiled, and said, “What can I do?” The loading process ended up taking 7 hours. Poor communication and no respect for drivers’ time.
Check in at the marked area. They'll let you know where to go, i was sent to the back like shown on the photo. Nice and funny forklift driver, know his job and wants to help. There's a tunnel coming in there, I hesitated to get true for the first time and went around over a bridge. But when I finished, I went through the tunnel, it's 17'2" i think just drive in the middle.
Fast unload
Their loading efficiency is so low the description doesn't make it in the dictionary. Been in here a couple of times and the minimum that I had to wait was three hours. Ever time I tell myself I'm never coming back and then I cool off and I'm stupid enough to try it again.
