RecommendedGorgeous community in a super convenient location!
I have lived here for 3 years and have never had an issues. The leasing office staff is great and have worked with me when I have had some personal issues. Luckily, I've had great neighbors and any time I've had an issue with my apartment maintenance has come out right away. The apartment includes a full size washer and dryer which is great! The apartment also comes with an alarm system. If you are in the Brandon area and looking for a place to live, you should consider moving here.
Customer service is gross. Apartments are gross. There's nothing "luxury" about this place. Do yourself a favor and look at other places to live.
This was home for 4 years for my husband and me and we will miss it. The staff are great and we were very safe and comfortable.
Man, I can't get these roaches to cooperate with my mannequin challenge. They won't sit still.
SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. VICKY AND HER STAFF WILL ATTEMPT TO HAVE YOU PAY EXTRA IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. We temporarily lived in these apartments as we were preparing to move out of state. Cockroaches the first day and then for a few months, which they first blamed on Florida and then on our neighbors. Then our car was broken into. Breezeways are not lit up until a few hours after it is dark. Apartment wasn't very clean when we moved in. Their way to communicate important notices was cramming paper into our doors, which at times blew around our breezeways. Maintenance did a good job and were friendly. The grounds were nicely kept. Wouldn't return or recommend.
