so sad that is expensive but dirty common areas , infested with roaches , full of spiders everywhere , seems they don't have interest in have those common spaces clean .

I just put a review on Yelp, and it would be great if you could read the other recent reviews, because almost all are regarding current management. Duane, the manager is the most insensitive and ignorant person I have ever come across. My family relocated in July from KS. While the apartment layout is great, management & leasing agents are garbage! The old bait and switch, was never informed of the extra RUBS charges and was told propane grills are allowed. Upon the day of move in the apartment was filthy no cleaning service was performed, dust and dirt everywhere the kitchen still had food splatter and stains on the cabinets and walls, light bulbs were broken bathroom outlets broken, terrible patch and paint work throughout, only the carpet was cleaned.
