Alexander (Sasha) is the best..quiet secured the grounds always clean and tidy with plenty of activities ..I’m new to the community but when I tell you the manager is a great guy..I’m grieving the loss of my mom and he was so attentive and supportive..I will forever be grateful for his kind words..this is the type of place any senior would love to call home..
I've moved to Versailles in 2018. After Ali left there have been a few managers that have come and gone. Justin has been one of the very best managers that was here. Justin was always very personable with everyone here at Versailles. He worked hard to accommodate the residents the best he could within his role as manager. There were many residents that were sad to see him leave yet wish him all the best in his new chapter and endeavors.
Where shall I start? I don’t even know where to begin…. Justin is just the most amazing manager ever… We just signed my lease for my six year June 1, 2026…. - Not only are the landscaping, and grounds And pool and clubhouse and gym immaculately kept, all the time, the gate is out of order extremely rarely - All maintenance Request are handled extremely Quickly - Even an emergency request we had our air conditioner go out twice in the summertime once on the Fourth of July and we called the 24/7 emergency number and it was sol... read more
I have lived here for more than ten years. The grounds are well kept, and any maintenance needs have been promptly attended to. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Property Manager Justin willingly listened to any concerns, and was always reassuring.
I am a new resident at Versailles Senior Apartments, and I'm sad to hear that Justin is leaving. He helped me with my rental contract and he was very patient with me because I had several issues with my move in dates. Justin was super patient, professional and pleasant through the entire process. I wish him the very best in all of his future endeavors, because he has earned it, by being an awesome manger.
