Clean and quiet place for seniors 55+ Thanks Justine and Carlos for taking care of our place.
I really enjoy living here, mostly because the staff is so reliable. Justin does an amazing job managing the property, and you can tell he actually cares about the residents. Whenever a maintenance issue pops up, Carlos is on it immediately and always does a great job. It’s also clear that Ricardo keeps the whole team organized and the grounds looking sharp. It’s a relief to have such a professional crew looking after the place.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! The office manager is incredibly professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. It’s rare to find leadership that truly cares about the community. Additionally, the maintenance team is top-notch; they are prompt, skilled, and always keep the grounds and facilities in perfect condition. It’s a well-run and beautiful place to live. Highly recommended!
Beautiful community! The pool is amazing and the grounds are always spotless. Carlos and Ricardo do an incredible job with maintenance and are always super helpful. Highly recommend!
I've been living at Versailles Apartments for a while now and couldn't be happier. The Manager is fantastic—always professional and genuinely helpful whenever you need something. The maintenance crew is also top-tier; they're quick to respond and keep the entire property looking sharp. It’s rare to find a place where the staff actually cares this much. Highly recommend!
