The doctors here are great — professional, knowledgeable, and very kind with children. Unfortunately, the front desk staff completely ruins the experience. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and act as if answering basic questions is somehow beneath them, even though it’s literally their job. Every interaction gives off the same unpleasant vibe as an old Soviet municipal “policlinica,” which is the last thing you’d expect (or want) in a pediatric clinic.
