In 2017, Dr. Verral diagnosed cancer that, if not for Him, would have gotten My eye. Immediately had surgery . It was one of the largest SCC on My temple area, surgeons in Albany had seen. I think Dr. Verral is the best. The Dermatologic Surgeons in Albany feel the same. It may take time to get in to see Him, because He is booked up a few months, usually. But believe Me, it is well worth the wait. The other staff are excellent to, and they all consult with each other.
Dr. Verral is More than a Fantastic dermatologist; he is a TRUE PEOPLE PERSON. I've been seeing Dr. Verral for about 12 years. He recently prescribed a medication for a diagnosis (which I have had for 14 yrs that appears to be getting worse). My insurance would not cover it; as it is not a "recognized" coding for the med. Dr. Verral AND his incredible OFFICE STAFF kept in touch with me to advise they were working to get my med approved. I always see Kelly. She’s wonderful! I had malignant melanoma removed in 2011. I have frequent checks. I never wait longer than 10 minutes. Visits are always quick, comprehensive but not rushed. All my questions are always taken seriously & answered in full.
I would love to tell you about my visit only when I called to make an apptI left my name and number and it has been a week and I got absolutely no response so that said alot to me about the staff. I moved on.
Dr. Verral is outstanding in every respect. I would see no other dermatologist.
Would definitely recommend Dr. Verral. He is never in a rush, explains everything and does a great job. Four members of my family see him and none of us have ever been left waiting beyond our appointment time in the waiting room. Recently had a laser treatment which had fantastic results......
I highly recommend Dr. Verral to anyone. He and his staff are fantastic! I was in the examining room within 5 minutes of walking in the door, treated and on my way home in 25 minutes. Another plus he didn't try to sell me anything like the last dermatologist I went to.
Overall. We ended going to another practice. Unhappy with treatment and could not work with doctor and staff to resolve. Other doctors have been reluctant to try to fix the issue now. Very poor experience
