He will never call you back. The receptionist is rude. I had to call several times to get the prescription for my meds because they wouldnt fwd it to the Pharmacy and I was in so much pain. Also then they wont get back to you when you ask for results or doctors notes. After more than a month that I was seen they still didnt had doctors note!!!!! Staff and doctor doesnt care !!!
Dr. Verpukhovskiy is an excellent doctor that ensured I received the care that I needed. The Nurse Practitioner provided all the necessary information I needed regarding my treatment and any medication. The professional staff made it incredibly simple to schedule an appointment in their office.
He will never call you back. The receptionist is rude. He schedules labs without a follow up then wont get back to you when you ask for results. He should lose his license.
Dr. Verpukhovskiy is a quack Doctor. I was seeing him for a year because I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. I never got better. I had to move to Oregon and applied for Disability. When I saw my medical records he had put there was nothing wrong with me and that my symptoms were "all in my head"!!! I since found the care that I needed and have drastically improved my brain injury condition. This guys should be ashamed to call himself a Neurologist. If you notice he has more 1 stars than 5 stars and that is not a mistake.
Undoubtedly the worst doctor visit of my life. Filthy office, surly and unknowledgable doctor and staff, in perhaps the worst hospital in Los Angeles. It took 5 months to get an appointment following severe neuropathy following fainting resulting in broken back, all he did was offer migraine meds and refused any diagnostics. I have been unable to contact for future scheduling.
I have been seeing Dr. Verpukhovskiy for several years now. I am always seen in a reasonable amount of time. When I wait I know he is taking care of other patients and always spends time taking care of my needs. He seems to keep up on the latest in treatments for my condition. He and Ruby are polite. It is nice to have a doctor in a small office setting, I seem to get better care from him.
Dr. Yuriy Verpukhovskiy was very attentive and thorough to me as a new patient. His nurse practitioner took my full medical history and was very professional. I felt like he listened to my concerns and they provided the solution and relief that I was looking for. He is my new neurologist and I am very happy to have found him.
I was referred to this doctor but I never made it in to see him because the receptionist Ruby was extremely rude. When I first called she hung up on me while I was talking, then I called back and she had a horrible attitude. I have been in the medical field for 15+ years and I have never treated anyone like that. Needless to say I will NOT be going here. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company and request that they refer me somewhere else. I can not stand bad customer service!
