The staff and doctor was friendly and accommodating. Be careful when using their services, as they will use 3rd party vendors and bill you after your visit without telling you about those fees. I paid at the end of my visit thinking everything was done and received a bill in the mail several weeks later demanding payment for lab cultures. I was NEVER informed that this was not done in house or there would be additional charges required, especially when it wasn't needed. What an absolutely amazing experience I had this morning at Island Dermatology on Us 1!!  I am a little biased as Kathleen Verpaele has been a lifetime friend, but putting that fact aside, she is just absolutely incredible, confident, knowledgeable and sweet.  She has the best bedside manner and makes you feel so comfortable!!! ( getting your whole body checked out is not always super fun  ) The office staff were super sweet and welcoming as well, which is SO important!
