I'm confused I have never gotten sent a way to set up for patient account, have mentioned it several times and so I can't really communicate to anyone if they don't answer messages or phone or keep saying they will fix things they don't. Still in process of getting all the testing but Im not really being told anything much and they just cancelled my telemed followup on same day/time I was suppose to have it. The business model of this Clinic is Research and Infusions. If you don't fit into those two categories, the level of care you receive will be highly diminished. For a clinic with critical patients they have no on-call doctor for evenings or weekends. Because I'm not supposed to interrupt the doctor with questions, doing a follow-up appointment with the nurse after every single visit distrspectful and is evident of their lack of care to the profession. Dr. Yuri has been amazing, and they've given me great care overall.
VERY incompetent clinic. NO communication!!!! Terrible care received. They dont answer their phones, its hard to get an appointment, their staff don't know what their doing. They seem to have no training AT ALL. Important things get missed. I was supposed to have blood work drawn and then told no blood work could be found and no-one was available to help me. I DO think the doctors are smart but everything else about this clinic is terrible. Another sad review of the health care here in Colorado especially at veros health!
