Everyone I've interacted has been lovely. Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to interact with anyone. Highly recommend that this company scrap its non-functional AI system. You have to experiment with the menu options because they're incorrect. If you're honest and press the options for new patient or existing patient, it will go straight to voicemail with a promise of a callback that will NEVER come. 1 year of agony, 25 doctors who knew nothing, then I discovered Veros Health and they did more in 30 days and two appointments than all previous doctors combined. Prescribed very safe inflammation solutions. Massively reduced my pain, I went from invalid on the couch to ambulatory and sleeping much better with more improvements to come. If you have an immune system problem that no doctor has been able to help you with see Veros Health.
Poorly run practice, non responsive providers who fail to submit prior authorizations in a timely manner.
Have left a dozen messages in the past few months and no one calls back. My appointments have been skipped over as I wait for them online. Such as today another appointment missed because of no contact
