I want to say that I love my doctor (Dr. Prashant Parmar) here. He was very good at listening and giving me things to consider. The staff at the clinic were also very good. BUT frankly the portal and phone system is awful. I have spent weeks trying to reach this clinic to get records sent to my family doctor. I completed the forms for this release, but they have not been sent. This is a major failure of the practice. It needs to be addressed urgently. I’ve been here twice to see PA Carly Swint, and both visits were absolutely stellar so I’m very confused by the bad reviews. She addressed each of my questions thoroughly and did a comprehensive lab work up. My insurance covered all of the lab work. I noticed some people complaining about the amount of vials (mine was 15), but you can choose which ones you want or how many. I ended up doing half of them here and half at another LabCorp. The 5 stars are specifically for the licensed healthcare professionals and several members of the support staff who are exceptional and have been involved with my son's ongoing care. To name a few: Sarah, Heather, Makena T., Dr. Sharon, Dr. Melamed, Liz, Natalia, Carla, Samina. There are several others who have also been wonderful at their jobs but I don't recall everyone's names. Hard to get a live person on the phone. An appointment I was told was scheduled was never scheduled. They denied filling a prescription but never contacted me to tell me why. My insurance carrier just dropped them as an in-network provider. And the only PA I liked there is leaving. A different PA acted annoyed and rolled her eyes at me during an appointment. No thank you.
