Great customer service. Friendly! Loved my hair cut!
Let me tell you this was the worst place Ive ever gone too. I simply asked Vero the owner if she knew how to do a money piece. I specifically told her if she couldn’t do it, pls don’t touch my hair and she insisted she could. Was there 6 hours only to see my hair coming out in chunks for being over bleached! I made her wash it off right away and she charged me $200 for her mess! This lady does not know what she is doing. 0 stars if I could!
Vero fue muy amable y respetuosa, hizo sugerencias pero respetando el estilo que escogí para mí hija, no cómo otros lugares en dónde los estilistas cortan y cortan y hacen lo que quieren. Fue rápida y a buen precio. Seguiré usando sus servicios. Vero was nice and respectful, she made suggestions but at the same time respecting the style I chose for my daughter, unlike other places where stylists keep cutting and doing what they want. Quick and good price. Will go back .
