This company completely ripped me off. I was quoted $894 for my insurance premium and I specifically asked if there were any broker fees. “Monica Miranda” told me there were none. Yet my card was charged $1,099 over $200 more than the actual premium. This is outright deceitful business practice. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. Amazing customer service from Sergio L. I was very impressed with his competency and I would recommend this to a friend.
Has no consideration how they impact the community, which provides them business. Refuses to take responsibility and work with its community and local officials to resolve this issue. This business has been supported by the local community and residents for many years. Recently, a homeless encampment began in the rear alley of this business.
