She listened and was able help me learn about my illness and the meds I was on, when others were more interested in simply changing medications. Dr Makhija made a real difference in my quality of life, and I will forever be grateful.

Very disrespectful. Rolls her eyes when you speak. Doesn’t listen.
You will like her. I had a different doctor on the inpatient unit (who was also good) because she was away on vacation but was pleasantly surprised when she came back. She is thorough and listens carefully and provides new ideas to help manage side effects of medications. The whole unit really liked her. She is pretty too! The unit itself is a little like a jail but you get good care here.
