Veronica is a really good agent specializing in the Menlo Park area. Most agents are friendly and responsive: she was not only that but also incredibly diligent and organized. Of note, is that she has an extensive network of her trusted contractors, specialists, and landscapers, and she will coordinate all the necessary work with them. She is even experienced and capable in coordinating that and taking care of the house, while you are out of town for any of that. She even has an MBA from Columbia! Highly recommended.
I am a new home buyer and Veronica helped me look through a lot of houses. She is always patient with any of my questions and always respond to me very fast. When browsing homes, she did not rush me to close the deal but instead told me all the pros and cons of the houses. I remember one time I was abscessed with one house and was going to put a strong offer on it but she cooled me down by pointing out the deficiencies in the construction quality and neighborhood. She is nice and professional!
