1. Selective enforcement of HOA rules. Violations. Roof required pressure washing after 2 years (neighbor’s did not). 1 faded house number. Dirty balcony (whole house pressure washed 4 days before observation). 2. Verona Walk is clearly an OLDER retirement community. 3. When I take my children to the pool some of the old people give them disapproving looks. Positive Points. 1. Reasonable community gym. 2. Pleasant lakes with walking paths.

Verona Walk is a beautiful community. We have many amenities that aren’t found in other communities. Our own post office, gas station, restaurant, ice cream shop, car wash to name a few. We have bingo, pickle ball and tennis. Resort style living at it’s best.
