We selected a beautiful quartzite at Verona and were willing to pay a deposit to hold it when asked, but sadly were informed that they sold our on hold selection without any justification. I should say that everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful, however, makes you wonder if they are a business you can trust. We are building a home with typical construction delays, but not sure I would ever recommend this business to future customers.

We are sorry for the way you feel. Our hold policy for slabs is 14 days. I am told that you were informed of this, but it sounds like you were not. We actually held your slabs for almost 9 months which is going way above and beyond what any other distributor in our industry would do. In the end, we were able to release the 2 slabs in question back to Brenda to be used in her kitchen.
The staff are friendly and attentive. The showroom is wonderful and there is large, beautiful selections of granite, marble, quartz, and engineered stone.
