Update: Reached out and did not get a response for 9 days. 30 days and still haven’t received my deposit back. This complex used to be decent, but since MG Property Management took over it’s gone downhill fast. They nickel-and-dime residents while doing the bare minimum for upkeep. Maintenance & Grounds: Landscaping is neglected, trash piles up, and repairs are done cheaply. Outsourced work is poor—my shower refinish was sloppy and immediately chipped.
