Dodged a bullet.... Verona is not at all what it appears to be and the mis-marketing is a joke. Why would you advertise that credit is not considered when applying? Lies. Meaning credit is not a big factor when deciding if you will be approved. Not so. Property manager- Brian seemed to be a nice and genuinely caring person. Far from the truth. Love my new apartment, from the moment I toured to my move in, the process was seamless and the staff was very helpful ! Thank you Bryan for helping me make the move so easy. Oh and the area we are in is amazing !
This management company don't hold thier word. Be sure to have a full understanding of what you are signing. MG PROPERTYs are the worst. Be sure to pay attention to all the other reviews "date posted"
Lived here about 2 years. Management was good when I needed to switch units because of a neighbour. No roaches or bugs in either unit but I did hear there are in other units around the complex. Maintenance responds quickly. Pool was nearly always closed, entrance/exit gate almost always broken. Homeless people hung around outside the complex & went through the garbage areas at night.
