These are the worst apartments to rent. The people living above us are running up and down all day long. The people who live infront of the building have music and parties every night. You can’t get ANY sleep whatsoever. If you have an issue it takes maintenance a week to get back to you. They don’t tell you when you move in that you can’t park backwards into your own parking space or you’ll get towed. There’s no way for your packages to get delivered because you need a key to get in the building and there’s no buzz in syste... read more
Currently living in Verona, I like it. We rented a studio for 3 years and just moved to a one bedroom apartment in the same building. Maintenance gets back to us, maybe not ASAP but it takes about 3-5days. I haven’t seen a rat or mice. I haven’t seen any roaches. The price for rent is actually not bad. Since COVID hit, they knocked out $100 off the rent. It’s not a lot but it’s something. The building does have a pool but we can’t use it due to upgrading piping (something like that).
