I am extremely unhappy with the upkeep of the property. The grounds have been dirty, the outside lights have worked a very low percentage of the time that I’ve been here. This contributes, in my opinion, to the multiple car break-ins that I’ve seen. When I had brought those grievances to the office, I was told that it wasn’t their problem. After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled tour time, I was informed that regardless of what I was quoted over the phone (because I spoke to a central call center) that the rent price was well over what I was quoted and the apartment would not be available for two weeks beyond what they initially said. Don't trust any info you hear over the phone and I suggest allowing yourself enough time to account for the unorganized tour agent.
