I had a good experience here. The staff were friendly, courteous and addressed my issue quickly.
When I arrived there was only three people ahead of me. After two hours I was next. When taken into the room by the nurse I asked her how much longer the wait would be, she stated not very long the doc was in the next room and I was next to be seen. After another hoUr I still wasn’t seen, so I was there a total of three hours without being seen. The staff is polite and caring. There’s a TV in each exam room so you’re not bored. They do their own x-rays, urinalysis and blood work right on the premises. You have the results before you leave. We’ll be using their facility from now on for urgent care.
Omg ! This place is unbelievable. From the receptionist to the nursing staff . Susan Mauer doctor assistant is amazing. You will not be disappointed . So personable one of a kind .
