My wife went to get family care and from the beginning, they are very slow and unprofessional, put you in a room waiting for hours when they are empty. A nurse there messed up an MRI order and instead of taking responsibility the manager said "mistakes happen" and expect us to pay again for their mess. They lied multiple times on the phone claiming they had everything taken care of and never did anything. Don't waste your time, go to a professional
I waited for 2 hours in the main waiting room, then I got move to a smaller room the nurse turn on the TV and hand me a remote. Seems I’m gonna be here for a while.,,🤬 After 43 min. two nurses walk in the room, one was a regular nurse and the other a training nurse, the training nurse did all the talking after 7 minutes they left, another 26 min went by and finally! I went in for a laceration on my hand one morning. The front desk checked me in quickly and my wait time was less than 10-15 minutes! Alex Anthony was very caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very anxious during the stitching process but she managed to ease my anxiety. I would go back here.
I see five star ratings , maybe the staff was having a bad day but I found them painfully slow , rude and condescending. I've worked in the service industry for over thirty years , I had some bad days like everyone else but I never let my baggage transfer across to how I treated my customers. You are there to run the mandated tests not to roll your eyes or make threats of uncooperative reports on ssdi paper work. I want to think this was an isolated event but from other reviews there is obviously a morale problem in this off... read more
WONDERFUL STAFF AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZING 😉 SERVICE
Slowest place on earth. Waited for my daughter 3 1/2 hours and the whole time the girl at the front desk was bitching that she wasn’t going to stay late again. Guess what??? We all stayed late
The facility is very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. My entire experience was very positive.
