If you have a certain level of expectation when it comes to service and friendliness, this ain’t the place. I went in for two braids to be wrapped into a halo and was asked if I brought my own bobby pins, with an off putting tone and dismissive body language. Then I was told the price depended on how long I wanted the braids. They need to be long enough to wrap around my head—simple. I politely exited. I messaged Miyah as stated on tic tok to schedule an appointment. She stated deposit was 65. I sent it. Then a few minutes later, she asked for another 35 to get hair. I sent. Then she asked could I send another customers payment through my cash app once she sends it because she didn't have cash app. I didn't get a chance to respond and she sent it to me anyway. My first hair braiding experience was amazing. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The stylist were so patient and informative about my needs. I have a few problem spots and they were sensitive and understanding. If I could give 10 stars across the board I would. My braids are very neat and comfortable. The color was strategically placed and Not too tight. Even the men are complimenting my hair. I'm a hairstylist so I know when men compliment your hair, that means your stylist did their big one. Thank you ladies.
