As a breeder is it so hard to find a veterinarian that is willing to work nicely with you. All three doctors do everything in their power to make sure the dogs are in best possible care. I love that they listen to us when we know whats wrong with our dogs, they don’t try to tell us we’re wrong or we don’t know what we’re talking about, they work with us to solve the issue. In our saddest of times, having to face putting our beloved 12 year old cat to sleep due to a bullet wound, the amazing staff (every single one from receptionists, to techs, to Dr) treated us with so much love, respect and concern. They gave us options we never expected and gave our sweet kitty another chance at life! Please do not hesitate to put your total confidence in the team of Vernon Veterinary Clinic. Just saw Dr. Steph today for one of my 3 cats. She's ALWAYS so pleasant, soft spoken and amazing with the animals. We ADORE ALL the vets, Dr. Scott, Dr. Alequin, but Dr. Steph is especially near and dear to us, as she also was the vet who handled our beloved dog's cancer diagnosis and treatment until we had to say goodbye. Being more informative about procedures and costs..
Dr Scott is amazing. We were only with him for a short amount of time with our boxer before we had to put him down today but he was so supportive and did everything that he could to help us. He made the process so effortless and helped make it a little less scary and painful. Thank you dr Scott ❤️
