I have gone to this vet for many years with multiple pets. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and ability to help my pets. My pet was on the verge of passing and they told me they were too busy to help my pet. Extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend bringing your pet to this vet.
I just got home from Vernon Vet with my dog Tyson and it was such a pleasant experience! Dr. Scott and the rest of the team are awesome!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Vernon Vet!

I brought an recently adopted cat there and told them exactly what I wanted because of covid19 I had to wait outside. when they brought back my cat in under 7 minutes they said they would call my cell for payment . They did nothing that i asked for. They said they did what they thought they should do and my bill was 165.00 more then we agreed and I have to come back in 14 days when I became more vocal they told me to find another vet and I did when my new vet asked them for the records they refused.
