I've lived at this building for the last 2 years and am re-upping for another year. The views from the building are amazing. The entire complex and congregating areas are kept in great shape. I always see somebody cleaning or vacuuming. Garbage/recycling is always taken care of. The walls are pretty solid and you can't hear anything from the other apartments. I’ve been here since the beginning. I will say I feel like home here. The building has some really cool people living here. Some I consider friends! Mike and Denny are like Family to me. When I need something they’re always here to help. Although the building may not have the amenities some others do. We have a great view of Manhattan, a gym, and a fantastic rooftop. I’ve been living here for since 2021 & just signed for 2 more years. This building has to be the best luxury apartment building Astoria has to offer. I would recommend because of all it has to offer (new appliances & w/d's, gorgeous rooftop with views of Manhattan, great fitness center). The list goes on. It's always a pleasure talking to management especially the building manager Michael Baird!
