I contacted Vernon based on the advertisement I received for a $69 AC tune-up. The technician Tyler was prompt , professional and very informative. He was able to diagnose a simple fix for my AC problem and made my home more comfortable. I will certainly contact Vernon again for any HVAC needs and will request Tyler. Great service .

I would avoid this contractor for any complex HVAC project, such as multi-zone systems or modifications to existing systems. I hired this company to restore and clean up the wiring on a single-zone system. After completing the work, the operations manager, Matt Daly, told me the system was functioning properly. However, when speaking with a potential buyer of my home, he reportedly stated that the same system was not working properly.
