We have had regular service with Vernon’s for years and have always found their service techs to be courteous, knowledgeable and careful in our home. Highly recommended. I am not sure what’s going on with this company. They charged my card, came to fix our AC unit, did nothing and disappeared. I’ve called multiple times, but no response.
