First off I don't like to write reviews but this company has pushed me to write this. My wife, daughter and I moved to Redmond Oregon for my job. We met Parker (the owner or manager) when we first arrived at the house we are renting. After signing the papers we walked started in packing the U haul and started to notice a few huge issues. Overall this is a poor company. I felt they were Impersonal, unreasonable, and greedy. Do your homework on these folks. The bad reviews are not for no reason.
Always easy to work with and very prompt with responses to maintenance issues. They actually notified me when I was out of town that the grounds person that I had already paid hadn't done his job. I like that they do annual inspections, it lets me know that they take pride in the properties they manage. The rent I am paying is very fair, and the house is a great fit for me and my service dog.
I have used Vernon Property as my Property manager for about 4 years now and they are the best property management group that I have ever used. They are courteous and responsive and are truly interested in managing your property.
The Vernon Property Management owner has been my neighbor since October. I am leasing one of their properties and am pleased to report that my experience has been very positive. They were extremely prompt when a water line froze on a Sunday and managed to get a plumber out to the house immediately. We share the water irrigation system and have had no trouble with trespassing or any thing like the previous tenant described. Does not follow the law and allows trespassing on the property you rent. When tried to address the illegality of the issue the owner Petra lies, talks over you and then hangs up on you, so needless to say they are very unprofessional and inappropriate!! You will be receiving a certified letter of the complaint and I will be filing a claim with real estate agency.
