Asssistant “Ritanya” was highly rude and condescending. She is in the wrong field. I will be switching providers. You will not treat my grand mother this way. And I will spread the word. I called at 4:00 pm on 11/16. It sounded as if she lied about her name so Dr; retrain her or get her off your team.
NP Osborn is amazing, he has been very supportive of me. And I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!
