I scheduled a tour for my father with Janae. She was so genuine and kind to us both. My father is disabled and she took her time to show us around and answer all of our questions, we didn’t feel rushed at all. He ended up liking the place so much we applied the same day. *The building is wheelchair accessible.
I would not recommend this property. It looks good but it is poorly constructed the walls are ultra thin and the windows are of poor quality, if the wind blows the windows collapse and in the winter there is a constant draft. It took over 90 days to return my security deposit, the law says it needs to be returned within 30 days of move out. My account was almost sent to collections over a water bill which the property deducted from my deposit. I’ve been at Vernon lofts for 16 months and i can honestly say I have no complaints. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing….very stylish!! The property manager and leasing consultant are very pleasant and helpful. Whenever I submitted a request for maintenance they responded in a reasonable time. The location is accessible to public transportation and night life attractions. Champagnes and Treasure night Clubs are in walking distance.
