Would you mind relaying exactly what happened to you here in our store?
Don’t bring an engagement ring in to get resized unless you’re a fan of being shamed and berated for 15 minutes about how much your ring sucks, even after telling the staff TWICE that the way they’re speaking to you makes you feel embarrassed and bad.
