Extremely Horrible Experience!! 1st time there, and I encountered a Receptionist named Marylin L who basically in plain words said "I was beneath her" the nerve of her not to even know me and make that statement in front her Manager..This woman has a lot of nerve...Only because I questioned her about my service..Luckily I regained my composure....This could, and should of been handled differently..
Service was good, billing is a $hitshow. - Got my bill 11months after service - they submitted it incorrectly - I explained the situation to their billing, who told me that my insurance carrier is wrong and that they submitted the claims correctly. - went back to my insurance company, who gave me a written explanation of what was needed. - Condell told me that they already reviewed the claims correctly and will not be reviewing it again. - My insurance called their billing dept to explain things. My experience here was good. Did not have to wait very long.
I had an awful experience at this immediate care clinic. The doctor’s bedside manner was far from compassionate. To make matters worse, they billed my visit as if it were a hospital service rather than an urgent care visit. Before coming in, I specifically called to confirm that they were an urgent care facility and asked how the visit would be billed. They assured me it would be billed as urgent care, but that was not the case. Avoid this facility!
