I had an awful experience at this immediate care clinic. The doctor’s bedside manner was far from compassionate. To make matters worse, they billed my visit as if it were a hospital service rather than an urgent care visit. Before coming in, I specifically called to confirm that they were an urgent care facility and asked how the visit would be billed. They assured me it would be billed as urgent care, but that was not the case. Avoid this facility!
I went here for an emergency room visit, and had a catheter forcefully inserted into my penis. I pay a price for it everyday and nobody's ever said they're sorry, this happened on the morning of December 10th, 2016, The doctor asked if I wanted to die rather than live... as if I was an inconvenience, I said yes I want to live, and then his staff shoved a catheter into my penis as if I did something wrong BEFORE anesthetizing me. No one answers the phone, and if they do, they are short and unhelpful
DONT GO ALONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. Was totally fine with the nurse who was drawing my blood etc, although she wasn’t the warmest and seemed to be rushing through… I suppose that’s fine.
