Rude people working there
4:45pm & they’re cleaning and closing. My wife only needed an ingrown nail treatment. But, a medical center closes on New Years Day. Probably because of short staffing…. We can’t get medical care because Advocate Advocates for themselves.
Always have had a good experience when going.
Made an appointment at 5:45. Arrived 10 minutes before and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. They informed me the appointment was to register not to be seen which is very misleading.
They have always been prompt and taken me seriously. I love that they're closer to a standalone ER than a retail urgent care. Went with a vicious migraine and they had me in a bed in five minutes so I could lay in the dark and quiet to wait for a doctor rather than sitting in the waiting room in pain.
