Sat.(10/11/25): excellent staff. And service at Vernon Hills facility. Everyone was kind and helpful for my husband's injury (broken rib and nausea from a fall at night).
Went to this facility with my mom today who was complaining of abdominal, stomach pain. Once we checked in the representative came outside and told us that she does not have the equipment to treat her. Did not do any basic tests that don’t require complex equipment and didnt bother to take any interest on testing a patient. I am not sure you can deny medical care based on equipment availability. Posting it here to make sure others know the kind of treatment folks have to put up with here.
Absolutely horrible. I got hurt at work and went here saying I felt my ankle was broke. I told them I might be pregnant they didn’t care and took X-rays without a vest. They had horrible bedside manner and came in to tell me it’s a bad ankle sprain and to wear this split and I can walk, drive and work. There was absolutely no way I can do any of that. I scheduled an appointment for a physical and was given a price ahead of time. When I arrived, the staff confirmed the same price, and I paid in full. Now, I'm receiving a call saying I owe more money. The woman on the phone even threatened me, saying I need to come in tomorrow and pay or she’ll "make it bad" for me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This review is solely based on the front staff. The nurse and doctor were a pleasure to deal with.
Updating my review because they charged me TWICE for the same visit, once for the provider, who was awful, and once for the facility. This would have cost over $1000 if I didn’t have insurance! Absolutely ridiculous, I refuse to go to this immediately care facility ever again and will tell every single person to never go here. Over $1000 for a strep test and a mono test.
