Residents of Vernon Hills – Please Read I visited Advocate Condell Immediate Care Center at 6 E Phillip Rd, Vernon Hills, IL for a routine urgent care consultation related to acute ear pain. The visit was brief and medically straightforward. Staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and gave good care.
Rude people working there
4:45pm & they’re cleaning and closing. My wife only needed an ingrown nail treatment. But, a medical center closes on New Years Day. Probably because of short staffing…. We can’t get medical care because Advocate Advocates for themselves.
Always have had a good experience when going.
