Dropped off louver around 11:00 to be replicated. Was told it would take awhile it needed to be cut from a whole sheet. Told them id come back and if they couldn't cut it call me Before they closed so i could seek other options, i called them around 4:45 not enough tome to even retrieve the one i drooped off. Thier excuse they didnt stock glass thick enough to replicate mine. Never got a Clear answer why they didnt call me earlier.
