Just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ralph was awesome! I just had back surgery and couldn’t get to the dealership for a few weeks. He sent someone out to my house, in the country, with the vehicle for us to check out. Did the deal on the phone, then he had it delivered to me! Star treatment! Isiais was great also! what a good experience with this place. courteous honest and good atmosphere. everyone so friendly and personable! would recommend..we drove 200 miles to do business..and they delivered what they advertised.
I was on my way from midland TX to el Reno oklahoma pulling a load with my 40’ trailer in my ram 3500. About 110 miles from Vernon my Def system started to act up and gave me 150 miles before it would derate to 5 mph. I called tommy at the dealership and they said they would get me taken care of. I was able to make it to the dealership, they got me fixed up within just a couple of hours. I’m very thankful for tommy and the guys that took care of me today you all saved my butt!!
