Ford driver since 1980. Decided to buy new F350 King Ranch old truck was 20 years old & no issues. Sales group here were wonderful before driving off Lot. After sales is horrible. Wish I never heard of this place. Not honest or follow through at all. Old saying “ buyer beware” certainly fits this place Kyle & Chris are terrible with customer service and they are managers. I wanted to say thank you to Nick Ware, Chris Dunson and Mark Dunson. With the deal they offered to begin with was incredible. Also the time they spent to make sure we knew how everything worked. The inspection was done quick so we could finish things and the tag so we could be on our way. Follow up call was also appreciated. We will always come back when we look for another car. I made a deal with Derek to purchase a Ram Rebel on June 26, trading my Challenger in. The deal with Derek went smooth and he was fantastic to work with. The truck was having some paintless dent repair done due to minor hail damage and would be delivered once that was completed. The truck arrived June 30th around 1030PM and looked fine at that point.
