had a friend buy a 2014 dodge pickup 3 days later it is in the shop ! He went back out to dealership and they just told him they couldn't help him ! I would expect better customer service than that from any dealership
The buying experience was extremely easy. Nick Ware is the salesman I dealt with. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. There was never any pressure or rush. The finance folks knew their business and made the process quick and painless.
Derek Wilson was wonderful at listening to what I was looking for and appreciating my financial needs. After visiting several dealerships and being told what I wanted by the salesman, it was great to find that at Vernon it was about what my needs were and not what they were trying to sell. I would definitely recommend anyone searching for a vehicle in the North Texas area to visit Vernon Auto!!!
Helpful service . Problem with transmission, they found a recall on a problem and told me about it, scheduled repair and so far the problem has been taken care of. Friendly service!
