I had an outstanding experience with Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services for my new heat pump installation. Bryan was fantastic, providing a clear and detailed quote upfront. Colter and Ethan, who handled the installation, were exceptional—professional, skilled, and even stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. Jake followed up with excellent tech support, addressing all my questions. The entire team was punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend their top-notch service!
Everyone I dealt with across the company has been great. Kereena in the office was super helpful told us all we needed to know on rebates. Jake was great with the quote and coming in with it. Jim and Matt were on it as well with the install, always on time and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this team and will call them for sure next time I need work done! New products and no complaints can’t wait to fire up the AC this summer!
We had such a great experience with the two technicians they sent out to install our furnace and our heat pump. You wouldn't even know they've been in the house. Such a great experience with Vernon Air Conditioning. We needed to replace our water heater. They gave me an estimate without having to come out to my home. Kereena was so great on the phone. Bryan did a very fair estimate which is exactly what I paid. Jeff who did the installation was great as well. Great communication, on time, efficient and very professional.
