Our furnace went down on Sunday and Brandon was there Monday to help figure out what was wrong. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable and professional!! He had us back up and running within an hour or so! Great job! :)
Brandon was amazing and came after hours to help me out and get this dishwasher install installed. The office staff answering the phone right to the installer Brandon, they were awesome. I highly recommend and I will use them again.
From my interactions with the operator who took my call through to the emergency repair service from Vernon Air Conditionong Plumbing and Electrical was excellent. I called on a Friday due to a furnace that was suddenly blowing room temp air and was told that the next available appointment was on Monday. The operator let me know that if the service person was running ahead of schedule they would try to get them out that afternoon. I was very pleased with the work done by Brandon P. He arrived right on time and explained everything that had to be done to remove our leaking hot water tank. He was courteous and did a thorough job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Vernon AC and Plumbing. Actually, they had been recommended to me by a neighbour. :) Thanks again. Gerry M.
Brandon was pleasant, thorough, competent and efficient. He did a great job replacing drains on two bathroom sinks.
