From the first contact with the phone staff the experience was thoughtful and I felt important! The service was prompt and Jeff was a delight to engage with. He was quick to find and fix the problem as well as offer other fixes which could cause further problems down the road. We recently had Aaron from Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical take care of some electrical work in our home, and we couldn't be happier. Aaron is a great guy — polite, professional, and clearly knows his trade. The job was well planned and executed from start to finish. We highly recommend Aaron and his company to anyone in need of electrical work!

I’ve used this company twice now and had a great experience both times. The first time was for a leaking bathtub faucet. Since the parts were very old and replacement parts were not available, Jeff came up with a creative solution instead of recommending an expensive repair. It saved me a lot of money. The second time was for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Jeff responded quickly, worked efficiently, and fixed the issue smoothly. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very professional. We had a new air conditioner installed by Vernon Air Conditioning. Our old unit broke down during one of the hottest weeks in July/August. Ashley came to do the initial inspection and we were very impressed with her professional and thorough assessment. One week later Ashley, Jim and Aaron(electrician) delivered and installed a new and improved air conditioner. Jeff was punctual, clean and friendly when he fixed my hot water problem in the shower and replaced my toilet. I am thrilled to have functioning bathroom again and will use Vernon Air Conditioning and Plumbing again should further problems arise. I also appreciate that I had an appointment immediately and was not upsold
