Really great service, thank you! -- Luke came over to investigate what was wrong with our AC during one of this summer's heat waves in early August, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was thorough about checking everything out to make sure that the right thing got repaired (the condensate pump) and that nothing got repaired that didn't need it. We recently decided to hire Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services to do some repair and installation at our house and were very impressed with the quality of the work and the knowledge of our technician Ethan. He found another related problem that needed doing as well and even met us at the store to help make sure we purchased the right parts for the repair. I would highly recommend Ethan and his company if you need quality and reasonably priced work done.
We had such a great experience with the two technicians they sent out to install our furnace and our heat pump. You wouldn't even know they've been in the house.
