Nice hometown cooking real popular with the locals. Prices are reasonable, god service provided by a friendly staff.
Good food except salads are little lacking for what they charge. Fresh cooked chicken cherry tomatoes on romaine. Good taste just but very little chicken.

I’m sorry to hear that you felt like our salad was small, usually it’s just the opposite and we are told how large our salads are. We have never been told that our salads are small, I’m wondering if the waitress possibly didn’t understand what you wanted and gave you something wrong. Great food, great service! Breakfast has always been fantastic and now the dinners on Thursday and Friday are well worth the visit.
Very nice place and great service. The food is excellent no matter what you order. Love that’s in an old airport.
The food is excellent and on top of that too !! You get great service with a smile �!!! Breakfast and lunch has always been great with different specials day by day and all the food made fresh to order!!! Now on Thursday and Friday evenings they are serving dinner from 2pm till 8pm last serving at 7:30pm. Dinner special change every week and also they are doing BYOB for dinner!!!! I really recommend if you can get there for dinner and try the food you will not be disappointed!!
I love this place! I had been looking for a breakfast place for years when I stopped by Verna's a couple years back. The atmosphere is a combination Airport Chic and old time Millville. The food is excellent! I love their breakfasts but their lunches and now their dinners (!) are also wonderful. You couldn't find friendlier folks anywhere. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are pleased with your food and comfortable. It says a lot that pilots from all over fly to Millville Airport to eat at Verna's. :)
