I came here to get cheaper insurance. Rates are so high right now. They were able to do this. Then my insurance canceled prior to end of policy. Due to getting insurance here I cannot talk to anyone at Nat Gen so I called this office. Was told I was supposed to renew 10 early. First of all, no call, no letter stating this, no text from anyone. So I’m driving around with no insurance but I paid for it! I came in about a year ago and talked to Brianna after having a issue with progressive and she did an outstanding job researching find me the best rate.she checked up with me a few months later to make sure I was happy with my insurance she then did some some more research finding me an even better rate.
