Rob did a great job. Really enjoyed working with him and talking to him. Excellent service from the customers perspective.
Had a 1:00 appointment, there were no techs there, and no "driver" to give me a ride back to work! Why have an appointment at 1:00, if you can't do anything? Waste of my time!
